We do not believe that there is a one size fits all method to investigating the questions and issues at hand.  It depends on the goals of your project, your team’s desired involvement, and practical matters such as ideal time for completion.

We conduct in-person as well as online research, we carry out individual as well as group focused research.  We use in-situ methods as well as virtual means.  We carry out interviews and we also ask people to create ethnographic diaries for us – sometimes video diaries and sometimes audio diaries.

We then create custom presentations and edited ethnographic video.  These presentations are created in line with your needs.

We can present our recommendations to you and/or work with you to co-create the desired strategies and innovations.
